Hey my friends how are you all going today?

Well it’s been an eventful week with Mothersday and then hospital on Monday.

Liam, my 10 year old, won the Under 15s 8km run on Sunday. He also came 97th out of a crowd of 2700 adults.

I also finished off a few websites, more videos and interviews will be coming on my youtube channel in the coming months.
